Intro Program

We know that to build something strong, you need to have a solid foundation.  That is why we have developed our intro program to give you the fundamentals, tools, and confidence you need to join the beginner program.  We want you to reach your goals whatever they may be.

Included with our intro program is 8 weeks of instruction in capoeira basics, a free uniform, a special workshop with a guest teacher, and your raw cord and graduation ceremony!  After the 8 weeks, you may choose to enroll in our beginner program and continue your progress on the path to becoming a Graduado- capoeira's equivalent of a Black Belt.
